Does reporting a player does anything?

This idiot in my league is playing with 2 teams. One of them he just buys and trains players and then undersells them for the lowest value to his main team.
For weeks im trying to report them and it has the message that the league is already under investigation because someone has made a report but nothing have happen so far.
Today he played against his own team and he just setted his forwards as defenders and defenders as attackers and surprise surprise, he won 10-0.So does this game even has Moderators? If you're charging money for coins, I feel like there should be any kind of moderation.

Hi mate,
Please, when you open a topic, write in a more respectful way and leave the nervousness aside. Cheating wont be discussed on forums, if this manager is reported then you have to wait and be patient till the report is handled. Don't forget that staff members put their free time and try to help managers. Staff members are also human.
