Less transfer in these days

When we first started league there lots of transfers but after day 10 almost there no transfers.We start to sell players each other.Game buy 5 player at most in a day.Most of us do not have money that is why we can not buy players in transfer list.How can we refresh transfers again

Last weekend from Friday to Monday was a special event where transfers were happening in a much higher rate than usual. Thats the difference. And also, its normal that in begining of the league transfer sell rate is a bit higher than in later stages as players that you sell are cheaper at start of the league
