1 match suspension before cup match

Hi,
I’m in the final 2 games( cup final and final league match) of my league.
One of my main players has been suspended for 1 game. I wanted to know if this suspension only occurs in the cup final and if my player will be back for the final league match? Or he will be out for both matches?
