Hi,
Clubslots are unlocked after you played an x number of matches on your clubslot 1. On the career page you can see how many days there are left before that slot opens up and can be used to start managing teams. However, through the OSM app it can be possible to unlock all slots inmediately. Which you have done with your clubslot 4. So if you log on through the OSM app and unlock either the second or third clubslot, you can accept the invite from your friend. Through website you will have to wait until they open up.

You need to unlock every clubslot seperately. So if you log on through the app, go to you career and click on clubslot 2 or 3, you will unlock that slot. Otherwise you just have to wait one more day before your clubslot 2 get unlocked automaticaly.

Because it was original not the idea to be able to activate clubslots inmediately. The other three clubslots would only be available after an x number of days so that the user knows the basics of OSM. Technicaly speaking it is a bug on the app, however Gamebasics decided to leave it that way. Too big a hassle to change it, while it doesn't hurt anyone. See it as a nice bonus to start managing four teams from the get go. And because most users play through the app, there isn't much reason to change it on the webversion.
