Cannot log in to game, please help unblock, thank you.

Hi, I have another active account under the manager name of KipGuile that for some reasons earlier, required me to log in while I didn't need to previously. Needless to say, I made a few incorrect guesses. I couldn't even reset the password on my iphone until I installed the game on my laptop using bluestacks to resolve the resetting of password, only to be informed that I will be blocked temporarily from signing in to that account due to the earlier incorrect password attempts.
I have matches shortly and I hope the administrator can help unblock my account under the manager name of KipGuile. Would appreciate any expedited help on this matter, thank you.
