New player with 95 quality or your player with 90 quality

For example, Should i buy new player(plus 5 quality) for the final game or should i play with my team with players who plays each match ?

Match experience is not a factor.
In fact, your current player's Form (fitness / fatigue) or Morale may be suffering from previous matches. Considering this, a new player with higher stats should definitely perform better.
