I scouted for a 85+, Under 25 player and instead I got all under 85 rating and a few players were even over 30.

@RedmenLFCHype this weekend is the transfer madness event ( you can sell 6 players) and managers can be very active to buy players and this can be one of the reasons for not finding players with your criteria by scout.
