my winners cup is still saying waiting for members after 5 hours. Is something wrong?

You have to wait a day for the winners' cup to be filled.
I had the same problem -
It depends obviously my first winners cup started in 1 min ie as soon as i close the game, it said winners cup started. Whereas my next one it took 1 day. So yeah just be patient
