i can't buy players from the clubs directly ( by negotiations), i tried a lot of times but i couldn't do so , i am really angry.

Hello mate...no need to angry...try to adjust the price and make new offer....but always have in mind that a team can not be forced to sell a player, just because you want to buy this player.....
