I don't want to make any substitutes during the game, especially my strikers, I don't want my assistant to sub on a 70 striker for a 90 striker. How do I stop my assistant from making substitutions?

As said above, this isn't possible....the best way to deal with this situation, is to have good substitutes as good as the other players on your line up.....
