I want my money back if the scout does not work

I tried to scout Arthur, Havertz ,Sancho BUT IT DIDN'T WORK!!!!!!!!

About Arthur i think he plays in Barcelona, but I'm not sure, and so when you send your scout to bring players with that criteria and the scout don't find any more players available matching that criteria he brings the closest players he can find since the scout is designed to always bring players instead of coming empty handed. Scout is not designed to bring a specific player.

I am sure that i did get the right information to get Arthur but it didn't work

@flashksa12 as I said above the present scout is not exactly designed, to bring a specific player. As much as it does bring specific players most times, sometimes this may not be the case since it is mainly designed to bring 3 players matching the criteria/prefrences you required. And if that's not available it brings the next best thing it could find since it's also designed to always come back with players rather than coming back empty handed.
