Am I understanding this right? We can not keep a team from year to year. It looks like every season players, money and everything is reset and you must start over Is there a way to keep continuing with the same team and circumstances?

Hi mate,
OSM is a one season game.
At the end of the season, your performance is added to your profile and everything is reset and you can move to another team/league, or stay in the same, but with everything back to original status!
