stadium sales differences and questions on the belgium competition

I have 3 questions : the stadium sales indicates kaartenverkoop level 3 800 but in the finance calculation is mentionned 625 only why? This happens in my actual competition tonight.
question 2 when will the belgium league be with 18 teams as it is actually in reality?
question 3 why does the champion of the belgian league does not get a ticket for the winners cup, i can understand that you want to follow in a way the strongest competitions but when you do so then we are ahead the dutch competition, so it is unfair. Look at the UEFA rankings and the champion league pre eliminatory tours and you will understand the frustration. And i don't ask to kick the dutch team for a belgian one, just let them both participate in the winners cup. -
@pescari_NL The answer to your first question is: Open the game, then the playing field, then click on the question mark that you find and you will understand everything
As for the answer to your second question: GB officials are currently updating the leagues, and the Belgian league will arrive soon

Just to add to the first answer: you get full stadium income only when you play at home.
