Just really curious, I play as Scandinavia in the OSM world all stars and the one problem from the commentator's verdict is the captain. Everyone is 26 years old in that team. How do I pick the right captain? Appearances? Goals?

don't count too much on the words of commentary and you should not take all of his statements literally.
