        You can only kick a inactive manager ( that has not logged in for more than 3 days ) out of your league if you are the Moderator of it and not the OSM engine. Go to your League Standings and click on the Manager List , since you are the league's Moderator, and there will be an option for you to remove inactive managers - http://prntscr.com/dbarse
