Problem with a shop offer!

I buy 10 days ago a shop offer who sayd if i buy it my ads will be removed ! and after i buy that offer my account still have ads on it when i play ! and i send a mail to support and after 5 days of nothing the support tell me in mail to write on forum ... ! wtf is that ? you can't fix a minor problem ?
