Useless report

Hi, as i can see reporting players for cheating is useless. I did report through the game and i got this msg "We'll try to handle your report within 72 hours. Thanks for helping us track down cheaters!". Now, 4 days after report expired?

Also, my topic about report is closed without admins comment...nothing just closed.
So, its allowed to use multiple accounts and you can do anything you want.
