Problem with my profile

Hello, I hope someone can help me. I am playing this game since 2010, but I had a break for like 3 years. When I started playing again (2 weeks ago), my main profile which had more than 1000 games started from 0. The other 3 are fine, but this one started from 0. Do you have any idea how can I fix it?

Also i assume that u mean 3 slots. Becoz having 3 profiles (i assume accounts) is illegal.
