I just lost 250 Boss coins for nothing. Can a Mod help me please?

Season just finished and I tried buying some players off the transferlist before I enter the Winners cup. I tried to buy a player but I was short so I had to spend about 250 boss coins. I clicked buy and I got a empty error. I didnt lose the 80 million but I did lose the 250 boss coins. I also didnt get the player.

Can a Mod please help me out?
