My problem is that I am playing the Champions League, but I want to make an offer for Wilfried Zaha but he is at the Cristal Palace and I don't know how to find him, can someone tell me how to find teams or players that are in another league?

you can only make offers for players of your champions league. For outside of it, you have to use SCOUT to find him and bring him to you... Remember that the scout is not designed to bring specific players...
