Problem with a purchase

Hello,
This account called XQUAKE88VIOLENT is not the one I have the problem on. The account I have the problem on is called NSRESS and is connected to my Apple-ID highlander1996@gmail.com. As I am not able to join that account from my pc to write this post, I had to login with this one.
The problem I have is that I have bought "Medium pack" for 5,49€ to have the advertisement removed. I was very sad when I noticed that after the purchase, ads were still annoying me after training or matches. This is not acceptable, I have spent my own money to have a service and if OSM is not able to give me the service I paid for I want my money back right now.
