Own Goal Suggestion

Hi.
I was wondering after so many years of having this game and trying so hard to make it seem as real as possible, why we don't have the own goal feature (obviously it should not happen so often) yet?
Same with the red card?! Since you have added the VAR feature to the game, why not having to change the yellow card to a red card by VAR decision feature?
