Problem with some ads

What's with these Mercedes ads... I keep watching them to get coins and not receiving my reward.. Also missed out on buying players because of these ads can anything be done please

@jennings-7 So, how to you close the ads? If you close the ads before they are fully finished using skip ad, then it will not work. If you use skip ad at the COMPLETE end, then you might need to use the slightly hidden box in the top right. And by the way, I haven't seen any Mercedes ads.
