If you are in that position in which you are valid to win a winners' cup ticket. Only available in some leagues. For eg-Finish in top 4 in England 1st division and you'll win one. -

The VIP League is an exclusive tournament that can only be played by those who receive a personal invitation. At the moment there isn't such an event currently.
