Problems with training, doctor and jurist.

Every time when you wanna train your players or take them to the doctor or jurist it takes normally 8 hours.
But every time it takes 24, 38, 45 hours or longer. This is a problem bug because many times it takes 2 days before you can finish it. Hope you can fix it. -
