Started Fantasy League, how to start?

So I started a fantasy league (150M, 10teams) and invited friends of mine. Around 6 people including myself have finished the team building phase, and now wish to start the league.
This however is not possible, we need to wait for all teams to be set-up. There is no possibility for me to see who joined my competition, or see even any information about my created league.
I'm not sure if it's a bug, but it feels weird to not even be able to see which friends joined my league, being unable to start the league and having no clue if random people are joining in/how many.
