Question 1 :

I have noticed two suspicious situations happening many times in one of my champs, I'd like to know if it is officially considered cheating :

Situation 1 :

Team B buys Player X in the Transfer Market at market price

One minute later, Team B sells Player X at Team A at Minimum Price (so around 50% cheaper than the price he just bought it)

Is that considered cheating ? (it seems obvious that Team B is acting against its best interests to help Team A, and it's very probable that the same person or group of person is running both account in coordination)

Situation 2 :

Team B buys Player Y from Team A at max price, while there is better players at cheaper price in the Transfer Market , just after selling players better than Player Y in fast sell mode at face value to get cash.

Is that too considered cheating ?

Question 2 :

I have reported an account doing such things ten days ago, and that competition is under investigation. In the meantime, we are already at 25% of the competition and that account keep on doing such things... I know you have lots of reports currently, but that's getting urgent !

How long should I wait before case is handled, and what are the possible sanctions that the suspected cheaters might receive ?

PS : I really love your great game, please don't let cunning cheaters ruin it !

In order to reply to you in all honesty, you must know that there is absolutely nothing any Moderator can do to help you out in a possible cheat case via the forum.
You wrote that you did send your Cheat Report 10 days ago. It is up to our Support team now to help you and usually they send a reply within the first 3 days of the report directly to your email. Make sure you check your mails ( not only the incoming but also the unwanted ones ) and if there is nothing I kindly ask of your patience till you will receive your reply and verdict by them. For any further help you can always try to mail again to the Support team : EN.support@onlinesoccermanager.com
Note If you are right , you should know that any user found to be a multi-account one doing illegal transfers in a league looses his accounts. They get permanently locked !
