Watching Ads

Hi.When I try to watch ads videos th videos freeze at the begining what can I do?I cleared the cache files.

@hermionegranger_55 Do you have an ad blocker? You can't watch videos with adblock on.

@manyac-xx I don't have any adblocker.My problem is the video starts and after few seconds it freezes,the videos can open.
