Where is my Boss coins? Please help

Hi
First of all, I want to appreciate the hard work osm team puts into the game, you're doing great.

Unfortunately, it's about 2 months or so, and not only one of my friends joining the game gave me the reward.

I tried everything and this isn't working. note that I am yet to receive this reward and I know it is only for the first ten friends joining via my link.

Also, I Had Accounts in the past and there wasn't a problem getting my coins.
What is the problem?!
