Duel, not controlable time + ban time (is season range)

Hello, all the matches i have at season are for time outside working hours.
Yet, at Duels it just become within work hours.

This have caused me to be able to setup my team twice.
Adding to that, red card rule have the same penality as the season. (So a red card the player will be banned for half the duel section and make them useless)

It's not enjoyable at all.

My bad, i have no time to setup my team.
I have no control over when the duel start, if the enemy team have been found when i slept like 03:00. I will not be able to do anything at all. And i could just trash the duel since it's not in my time zone.

Adding to that, player matchmaking is not existing, we facing high level players. There is a lot of anoying situations for duels. Which i didn't expierence on a normal season

Hello mate...i think every manager in here has played on a battle in a different time zone from his own...you have to adjust your strategy and find ways to overcome this time zone situation....
