I CREATED A PRIVATE LIGE WHERE THE SETTINGS WERE PRIVATE !!!! FOR 300 GOLD. BUT AND SO 3 PEOPLE JOINED WHAT IT IS ???

Yup, sadly that is the problem, If you change the default settings league becomes private and people can only join if you invite them or If you accept their requests... I wish they change this sometimes, then It will be easier to open custom leagues without much planning ahead.
