      im new to the game.. so yea thats my question, if i can go to other leagues just press on a player and make my proposition. Ty in advance

          Hello mate...you can not go to other leagues and try to buy players....you can buy player ONLY from the league you are playing (make an offer on the other team manager) OR the transfer list....
