You can buy boss coins while using your phone. But you'll need to use the OSM app for that matter and you can get only small packages .Do you have it installed on your phone or not? Please make sure you'll get the latest version.
Don't know what kind of phone you're using. -
but i have windows phone and androind but i play on PC can i buy on pc?? thanks for your answer

Sorry my friend , although OSM has already 5 different versions a windows phone app is not yet included . So we can forget about that for the time being.
But yes of course you can use your PC and your browser to loggin on your OSM account and buy your new Boss Coins. Just look at the top right corner of your screen - under your manager name - and you will see the icon of the Boss Coins
( looks like a yellow/blue diamond ) click on it and you get directed instantly to the Boss Coins packages and offers . From there you have instructions to guide you and you can choose the package of your like.
Are the above 100% understood mate?
Notice ! I hope you have already stated the email adress that you would like to use for any OSM matters.
If you haven't done that , how can you expect to get any confirmation back from the game site? -

Once again, you need to have an app installed on your Android mobile phone if you want to use it to get the small packages . To get the "pay by mobile" offers you need to actually use your Android phone's app. Never will you be asked to type down your phone number there.
Please make sure you have first shared your email on your personal game profile while using your PC and browser. -

Just one thing : Please keep in mind that it is best for managers to try not to proceed with their Boss coins purchases on a weekend, cause Support Staff are usually away if anything goes wrong by any chance, and if it can wait till Monday then everything is easier.
