Support mail never responds

Hello;
I have mailed the support address of OSM a week ago and they seem to not respond anytime
My inquiry is;
''I used to play OSM on my android, I need a password now as I intend to play it on my computer. I clicked on ‘’Forgot my password’’ on OSM website. Received an e mail where I need to Click on an interactive button to get another mail which includes my password but I don’t receive that one.''

I'm sorry to hear that you're not able to access your account right now and that you're having issues contacting support.
If you e-mailed the correct address you should have got at least an automatic reply acknowledging that we got your message. In case you missed it, please check your SPAM folder also.
If you're not sure about support contacts, please just take a look at our Help Center, you should find the contact on top (and several other places)
