No free video

Hi all,
I can't see free video to get free coin, this since one month.
I am no longer able to invite my friends via wapp.
I wrote to the support but they close my ticket without doing anything.
Could anyone please help me?

@bongio3 Hey there,
That usually happens to me aswell on my iPhone, I usually go to "Watch Ad" in the store and when it shows that I go back and click on "Free" on the center top and watch the ad there... after watching in there, it usually works on the other one... it's a work around you can try to do.
It's kinda hard to explain it like this in here but I can record it if you want.
PS: As for the invite can you show a screenshot of the error or something?

Thanks for your reply but please note that I have android.
Today’s news is that by now I still have the issue of the free video and it is been added also the Christmas theme of the app; and indeed I see snow flakes like during Christmas.
Forgot that I have obviously also in training section characters with Santa Claus’s hat. -

I thought you had an iPhone, my bad... here's what you can do on Android tho:
- Go inside your phone settings and look for OSM in the Apps setting and clean up any cache, cookies and temporary files and force it to stop / disconnect;
- Go to Google Playstore and make sure you have the lattest version of the OSM app on your phone;
- Open up OSM again and login;
- Try to wait up for about 3 - 5 minutes going around the stuff in the game instead of trying to watch a video immediately and it should work.
Test it like that and give feedback please.

@oddschum I can’t logout, it seems impossible..
I deleted the cache, I forced the app to stop but I can’t disconnect, I deleted the app but every time I reinstall it the login goes automatically.
And each time I returned in the app I have the same issue.

There are two possible reasons why you are having this issue.
- Bad internet connection (try changing your internet connection to see if it solves the problem)
- Ad-blocker (confirm if you use ad-blockers, if yes, deactivate it (them) and try again to see if it helps solve the problem)

I have worked out that you can potentially get 9 free boss coins per hour by watching 9 sets of free video advertisements located in 3 different areas....
The coin purchase video is not there at the moment, is there a way of getting to it, or any other methods of obtaining free coins?
