try to buy a player and stay without the coins

hello!!
I buy a player and I need 30 million and 930 coins and I have it. when I click to buy take out the coins and send me the mensage that didn't have money to buy the player. so I don't buy the player and on the same time I stay without 930 coins the have a lot of value so I like to have my coins back at least. no money no coins and no player.

@politico_warrior Did you look at the price carefully or did you spent the coins on something after it failed just to make sure?

@ed-knight no I am sure that I was with money and coins, but that just take out my coins and said that I was without money. after I was just waiting to talk with support or something to try have my coins back and continue playing. of corse now I don't have the money because I already by another player but really want to try have my coins back

@king_jamiu_10 I posted about the same issue in the Updates topic yesterday: https://forum.onlinesoccermanager.com/post/1177457 . Please inform the users when GB makes a change. I had enough money to buy a player via a special offer, but I still had to pay 25 coins in stead of 1 coin.

@koningco note that the update topic isn't the place to report bugs but here in support where you are expected to provide as much details as possible so GB can look into it.

There was in fact an error when you tried to buy the player and BCs were converted to CFs.

As far as we can see (and also from your own confirmation), you already spent that funds buying other players, so there's no reason to revert conversion since you already used those funds and took advantage of it!
