excuse me, there was some kind of league mode where player can choose their own player. is that still available or we can't make a league like that anymore ?

I suppose you are talking about the Fantasy leagues. Yes they were available on the old OSM version but now as we speak they are not an option for the game. There are plans to set them back at some point, but since it's a really complicated feature it will probably be a long term project.
