If I continue my competition, will all managers stay in the next competition or do I have to invite them again?

In normal situations you do not have to invite those managers all over again. They must be able to see your new Season 2 on the same Slots that they used for Season1 , but they also have the choice to continue with your league or choose a different one this time for their Club Slot.
