Hi there,
How long ago did you last logged in to that old account? Accounts are automaticaly permanentaly removed from OSM if you don't log in at least once in 3 years. This is in compliance with the privacy laws (GDPR).
If you are unsure about when you logged in on that account for the last time, then the best thing you can do is to send in a ticket from our Support website. The support team can help you out with this. You can find the OSM Support through the below link.
