Bosscoins only 'dissapear' when you spend them. So you have most likely spend them on your team(s). One of the most common coin spenders is when you buy players with Club Funds Compensation. This means that you compensated the lack of Club Funds with Bosscoins. If you stay below the threshold, you won't receive a confirmation button for the transfer.

Anyway, to find out on what you spend your coins on, you will have to contact the OSM Support. They have the tools to check this. You can find our support through the below link.
