I dont receive my 100 coins and achievement after dont loose 20 games in a row

Sorry about my english.
I dont receive my achievement after dont loose 20 games in a row. my achievement was "19/20" after winning a match was "3/20". In Portuguese the achievement name is "Imbativel", I won and draw 21 games in a row and dont loose any.

Can someone help me?
