When the season finishes, will the stats of my team's players remain as they are now, or will they be deleted. Furthermore, will my budget remain as is it, or will it drop?
Moreover, will the team be deleted and will I have to begin with another one to keep playing?

OSM is a one season game, so once you finish a season all the stats and budget will be gone. You can then choose a new club to manage.
