Training camps

My question is if my opponent uses Training Camp then I generally will lose. Is there any option where I can alternately (without using Training Camps) boost my team without using boss coins or using less boss coins?

Unless you are playing at home and get that home advantage there isn't any other way to 'boost' your team without using a trainingcamp. You can still win if your opponent has set a trainingcamp when you've set a good tactics against him and/or have Lady Luck at your side.
