Is there a Home advantage in the cup ?

I have been answered by a denial , but in many times i see relatively weaker teams beat stronger ones when they face them home in cup , so is it for sure or somebody here agrees with me that it may exist ?

Cup matches are playing on neutral Ground and the advantage is only the squad building but this doesn't means that the stronger team will win, depended on the tactics.....
