Hi guys
I am at the semi-final, I am going to encounter a team that plays counter-Attack style 4-4-2B my team is better than his team, any suggestions on how I should play against him, it will be appreciated.

@EmmettMicah Hi, So I would recommend to sell your weakest and oldest players and look for young and high rated players ( between 18 - 24 yrs old, and from 74 to the highest u can find). I personally don't watch a lot of soccer but this game is super fun. Tactically speaking, I always play with 4-3-3 B and with passing game, zonal marking and no offside trap. When it comes to pressure, I always put between 93 and 99. However, in passing, I always put 79 which is quick passing.
In line tactics, most of the time, I set forwards on "attack only", midfielders on "Stay in position" and defenders on "Defend deep".
Whether u have less players or more, the average of player value will increase or decrease.
Finally, u should definitely train ur youngest player because of their age, their progression is better. Every training takes 8hs to complete. In "Stadium" u can improve ur "training" to make players progressions larger, u can improve "field" which gives u 2% more advantage if u r playing home, and finally u can improve the "capacity" which gives u more money per ticket (Gate Receipt). I always start the season upgrading the training, then the capacity, and finally the field. There r scouts which search for players with the given preferences. The search's ETA is 16 hs and each players he brings cost money and 15 tokens. The "training camp" is a booster that gives a 25% boost for a match. And its cost depends in the amount of times it was used by a single team ( 1st time - 10 tokens, 2nd time - 20 tokens, etc.) The data analyst is used as a spy which exposes the opponents tactics and more, it also takes an hour to fully analyze. The "secret training" is an option that blocks the spy's intention to expose ur tactics. U can also get "sponsors" which will give u more money when u play home games.
In OSM, there are special events, for example:
More progression --- all players get more progression ( older = more progression)
More player value --- every players value increases
Less training duration --- reduces duration from 8hs to 4hs
More available transfers --- increases from 4 players to 6 players
Etc. Every special event lasts 3 days [ From Friday to Sunday(until 23:59)] Finally, if ur loosing, or u don't like the team, u can forfeit by going to "Board" and selecting "resign". Only problem with forfeiting is that, a lot of teams will loose interest in u as a manager.

I often play 451 and 4231 because this is my favourite formation and have a lot of tactics
I use it when i become wealer than opponent

Also, I often play 442b and 352 when i play againest equavalent team

Finally , i play 433 A,B for opponent with weaker team

But the most favourite formatio to me is 451

I am playing with Leicester City and I'm first at the moment with 60/63. I lost one game against a computer after I received a red card (I was playing agressive and the referee was trigger-happy). My question now is whether it makes such a difference for your tactics if you receive an early red card against a computer.

Hello. Im in the final of the winners cup. I dont know why but the final is in the home of my opponent and he has 4% stadium upgrade. Im going to use training camp and my opponent probably is going to use it too. He plays 433B wing play, zonal marking, no offside trap. My team is a bit better than his team. I have played some friendlies against him and always lost using 4231. So Im thinking about using 451 or 442B.
