There is no punishment if both captains agree to start one or two days later. They must to be ready for 2nd round: July 13th :ok_hand_tone1:. This is a friendly tournament, an unofficial OSM event, which does not understand many managers and demands literally annihilating the crew literally for everything, and for the captains is best to cut heads. I interfere in a battle only when captains can not come to an agreement. All right?

Yes, -100 point at each sub. In the point table there is a part where you can enter the replacement of a member of the crews.
