How to lock your competition?

Hello my english is not very good so if a Dutch moderator reads this please answer in Dutch that is a lot more clear to me.

My question is: How can i lock my competition when i make one my own? So only friends can join if they got permission for it.

(Mijn vraag is: Hoe kan ik mijn competite op slot doen waardoor alleen mijn bvrienden die toestemming vragen kunnen jonen?
