To respond to your questions- My dad was in the US army, I was born in Maryland and then went to the UK when I was 3 or 4. We (My dad and I) would go to every United game we could for the 6 years of his service in the UK. So I grew up in my younger years in Manchester. From then on, my family moved back to Maryland (the state right next to DC) and I've lived there ever since. Whenever I talk to my buddies in the UK, they always refer to me as a 'misplaced yank', so I've owned up to the name ever since.
- Manny is derived from Manchester.
I do sort of miss Manchester, but I love the states. There are so many adventures here, but there are so many adventures all around the world.

Might not be a high profile manager or one of the bigger player transfers. But considering Derby have to do some restructuring and hopefully, this is a long-term appointment; Lampard is a great asset and no slouch -

On November 1, 1905, a class of one of the well-established schools in Istanbul was the event that would change the history of Turkish sports in the future.The seeds of the Galatasaray sports club were laid in the Galatasaray Mekteb-i Sulatani and by their own students.
