Itâs is nearly impossible to get all 11 of these players in the same team, especially when everyone will be going for the same players

You are right about that but it is unfair because the iOS Scout is not the same as Android Scout. There has two new options that in Android aren't.

Winner will chose to which national team he'll be added. Let's say that he choses Portugal, then a player with his name and his picture will be added To Portuguese squad and while World cup is running, every single World cup league started, Portuguese team will have an 'extra' player!
When World cup ends in real life, he'll be removed from Portuguese squad!
