[Help] Notifications on iPhone-iOS 11.4

Hello, I would like to turn on the notifications on my phone but I can’t or I don’t know how to do it.

From the app there is nothing to click on it in order to change things. There is a grey “button” called “notifiche”(notifications) but when i click it nothing happens.

From the settings of the phone I can’t find nothing to activate them.

In these options there is no trace of OSM.

I have already tried to reinstall the game, but the situation persists.
